With my experience patience and respect goes a long way support has always been helpful and kind to me…I feel people have life’s and other things going on outside of being support or a dev etc I try to understand this and be more patient and so far it’s seemed to work for me I hope this helps others understand sometimes they just need to wait a bit thanks staff team for the update 🫡
